LMKR delivers medical equipment to WHO for Diarrheal Treatment Centers

Based on our partnership with the World Health Organization (WHO) and our commitment to equip
Diarrheal Treatment Centers in flood affected districts across Pakistan; on September 16, 2010, LMKR delivered 2 fold-up cholera beds, needle cutters, IV stands and Mackintosh sheets to WHO. This equipment will enable WHO to ramp-up basic health units. The equipment was delivered to WHO's warehouse in Peshawar, Khyber Pukhtunkhua province. WHO will use this equipment to set up a basic health unit in Mardan, Khyber Pukhtunkhua province. Once setup, LMKR will visit the center to ensure that the equipment is being used effectively.
